1 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This product is formulated with special water‑based resins for metal, anti‑rust pigments and fillers, and functional additives, using water as diluent. It is eco‑friendly with low‑VOC emissions and serves as an ideal alternative to traditional solvent‑borne epoxy ester primer.
2 RECOMMENDED USE
Suitable for coating metal surfaces of bridges, storage tanks, plant pipelines, automobile chassis, valves, motorcycles, equipment, steel frames and other metal articles under conventional service environments.
3 FEATURES

7 SURFACE PREPARATION
‑ Remove salt and other water‑soluble contaminants with fresh water. ‑ Eliminate oil and grease in accordance with SSPC‑SP 1 Solvent Cleaning standard. ‑ Remove rust, mill‑scale and foreign substances completely by abrasive blasting to achieve ISO Sa2 1/2 (SSPC‑SP 10) or higher grade. ‑ Ensure all surfaces to be painted are clean, dry and dust‑free prior to application.
8 STORAGE

9 CAUTIONS
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
The following measures shall be ensured in all paint applications. ‑ Avoid skin and eye contact. ‑ If paint comes into contact with skin, wash with warm water and/or suitable cleanser. If paint comes into contact with the eyes, flush with copious amount of water and seek immediate medical attention. ‑ Ensure good ventilation.
