1 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This product is formulated with water‑borne acrylic resin as film‑forming substance, high‑weather‑resistance pigments and fillers, special functional additives and deionized water.
2 RECOMMENDED USE
Suitable for surface coating of outdoor metal workpieces, metal storage tanks, steel‑structure bridges, mechanical equipment, steel leaf springs and outdoor guardrails requiring high weather resistance and decorative performance.
3 FEATURES
‑ Good decorative effect with long‑lasting bright colour. ‑ Fast‑drying paint film, low odour, high cost‑effectiveness and long shelf‑life. ‑ High gloss, good film fullness and excellent durability. ‑ Good adhesion and wide applicability. ‑ Favourable rust‑proof performance, acid‑alkali resistance, salt‑spray resistance and weathering resistance.

7 SURFACE PREPARATION
‑ Remove salt and other water‑soluble contaminants with fresh water. ‑ Eliminate oil and grease in accordance with SSPC‑SP 1 Solvent Cleaning standard. ‑ Remove rust, mill‑scale and foreign substances completely by abrasive blasting to achieve ISO Sa2 1/2 (SSPC‑SP 10) or higher grade. ‑ Ensure all surfaces to be painted are clean, dry and dust‑free prior to application.
8 STORAGE

9 CAUTIONS
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
The following measures shall be ensured in all paint applications. ‑ Avoid skin and eye contact. ‑ If paint comes into contact with skin, wash with warm water and/or suitable cleanser. If paint comes into contact with the eyes, flush with copious amount of water and seek immediate medical attention. ‑ Ensure good ventilation.
