1 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The paint is composed of acrylic resin, pigments, solvent, anti-settling agent, accelerator, aluminium powder and other additives.
2 RECOMMENDED USE
It has good gloss and physical-mechanical properties, fast drying, good hardness and good application performance. The film is tough, full and glossy. The self-drying paint can dry at room temperature or under low-temperature baking. It is widely applicable to machinery, vehicles, handicrafts and other steel facilities.

6 APPLICATION
Application Temperature: 5–40°C
Application Conditions: Relative humidity below 85%. Substrate temperature at least 3°C above the dew point.

7 SURFACE PREPARATION
- Remove salts and water-soluble contaminants with fresh water.
- Remove oil and grease with suitable detergent or solvent in accordance with SSPC-SP 1.
- Abrasive blast to ISO Sa 2½ / SSPC-SP 10 or better.
- All surfaces must be clean, dry and dust-free.
8 STORAGE
Store in dry, cool conditions away from heat and ignition. Keep containers tightly closed.
Shelf Life: 12 months at 25°C, subject to re-inspection thereafter.
9 CAUTIONS
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
- Avoid skin and eye contact.
- Wash skin with warm water and/or suitable cleanser. Flush eyes with plenty of water and seek immediate medical attention.
- Ensure good ventilation and avoid inhaling spray mist or vapour.
- Comply with relevant national regulations and consult the SDS.
