  • Remove salt and other water-soluble contaminants with fresh water.
  • Remove oil and grease with suitable detergent or solvent in accordance with SSPC-SP 1.
  • Remove rust, mill scale and other foreign materials completely by abrasive blasting to achieve ISO Sa 2½ (SSPC-SP 10) or better.
  • All coated surfaces must be clean, dry and free from dust.

8 STORAGE

StorageStore in dry, cool conditions away from sources of heat and ignition. Containers must be kept tightly closed.

1 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

A high gloss durable finish based on polyurethane for steel surfaces of heavy-duty.

2 RECOMMENDED USE

As a finish can be used in decks, superstructures and topsides of new construction situations and as industrial maintenance finish for ship industry etc.

7 SURFACE PREPARATION

  • Remove salt and other water-soluble contaminants by fresh water.
  • Remove oil and grease with suitable detergent or solvent(SSPC-SP 1).
  • Remove rust, mill-scale and other foreign materials completely by abrasive blasting to achieve ISO Sa2 1/2(SSPC-SP 10) or better.
  • All coated surface must be clean, dry and free from any dust.

Store in dry, cool conditions, and away from sources of heat & ignition. Containers must be kept tightly closed.

Avoid skin and eye contact.

If paint comes into contact with skin, wash with warm water and/or suitable cleanser. If paint comes into contact with the eyes, flush with copious amount of water and seek immediate medical attention.
