Thanks to its stable molecular structure, the pure‑acrylic emulsion system delivers excellent weather resistance, colour retention and alkali resistance. It is a durable water‑borne eco‑friendly coating specially developed for mid‑to‑high‑grade building exterior decoration.

Suitable for exterior decoration of new construction and renovation projects for high‑end residences, office buildings, hotels, schools and public buildings. Applicable to substrates such as cement mortar, concrete, masonry structures, gypsum boards and properly treated old coatings.

• Outstanding Weather Resistance and Colour Retention: Pure‑acrylic emulsion provides superior anti‑UV ageing performance. It effectively resists sunlight and rain exposure. The paint film is resistant to chalking and yellowing under long‑term outdoor exposure, maintaining long‑lasting fresh colour.
• Excellent Water and Alkali Resistance: Aiming at efflorescence issues of cement‑mortar substrates, the paint film offers superior sealing and alkali‑resistant performance to prevent “white efflorescence” on walls. It features lotus‑leaf water‑repellent effect with strong self‑cleaning property.
• Good Flexibility and Crack‑bridging Performance: The flexible paint film can effectively cover fine cracks (crazing) caused by thermal expansion and contraction of walls.

1. Application Instructions

Substrate Preparation: The substrate must be sound, flat, clean and dry (moisture content ＜10 %, pH value ＜10). New walls shall be cured for more than 28 days. Remove loose dust and detached residues.

Recommended Coating System: ‑ Primer: One coat of pure‑acrylic alkali‑resistant sealing primer. ‑ Topcoat: Two coats of pure‑acrylic emulsion exterior paint.

Application Methods: Roller coating, brushing or spraying.

Dilution Recommendation: Dilute with clean water. Water addition shall not exceed 10‑15 % by paint weight (adjust according to application viscosity). Stir thoroughly before use.

Application Conditions: Ambient temperature ≥5℃; relative air humidity ＜85 %. Do not apply in rainy, snowy or windy weather.

• Maintain adequate ventilation during application and curing period.
• Avoid application under low‑temperature (<5 ℃) or high‑humidity (>85 %) conditions.
• Keep product and tools out of reach of children; avoid contact with eyes and skin.
• Do not pour diluted paint back into the original container.

1. Packaging & Storage

Packaging Specification: 20 kg Shelf‑life: 12 months when hermetically stored in cool, dry and ventilated environment at 5‑35 ℃. Storage Requirement: Protect from frost and direct sunlight.
