1 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This is a high‑performance two‑component eco‑friendly water‑borne epoxy coating formulated with high‑grade water‑borne epoxy resin and pigments & fillers. It contains mica‑iron‑oxide anti‑corrosive pigment, delivers ultra‑low VOC and excellent anti‑corrosion performance. It is an ideal alternative to traditional solvent‑borne anti‑corrosive coatings.

7 SURFACE PREPARATION
‑ Remove salt and other water‑soluble contaminants with fresh water. ‑ Eliminate oil and grease in accordance with SSPC‑SP 1 Solvent Cleaning standard. ‑ Remove rust, mill‑scale and foreign substances completely by abrasive blasting to achieve ISO Sa2 1/2 (SSPC‑SP 10) or higher grade. ‑ Ensure all surfaces to be painted are clean, dry and dust‑free prior to application.
8 STORAGE

9 CAUTIONS
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
The following measures shall be ensured in all paint applications. ‑ Avoid skin and eye contact. ‑ If paint comes into contact with skin, wash with warm water and/or suitable cleanser. If paint comes into contact with the eyes, flush with copious amount of water and seek immediate medical attention. ‑ Ensure good ventilation.
