1 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A high gloss durable finish based on polyurethane for steel surfaces of heavy-duty.
2 RECOMMENDED USE
As a finish can be used in new construction situations and as industrial maintenance finish for bridges and port machinery etc.

Application Temperature:
5℃-40℃
Application Condition:
The relative humidity of the air should not greater than 85%.
The substrate temperature is 3℃ higher than the dew point.

Applied substrate:
Bare steel or suitable primed surface.
Coating system:
Epoxy primer or according to the coating system PUNTIUM
7 SURFACE PREPARATION
- Remove salt and other water-soluble contaminants by fresh water.
- Remove oil and grease with suitable detergent or solvent(SSPC-SP 1).
- Remove rust, mill-scale and other foreign materials completely by abrasive blasting to achieve ISO Sa2 1/2(SSPC-SP 10) or better.
- All coated surface must be clean, dry and free from any dust.
8 STORAGE
Store in dry, cool conditions, and away from sources of heat & ignition. Containers must be kept tightly closed.
Shelf life: 18 months/25℃
Shelf life:Subject to re-inspection thereafter.
9 CAUTIONS
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
The following measures shall be ensured in all paint applications:
Avoid skin and eye contact.
If paint comes into contact with skin, wash with warm water and/or suitable cleanser. If paint comes into contact with the eyes, flush with copious amount of water and seek immediate medical attention.
Ensure good ventilation. Avoid inhalation of spray mist or vapour.
