1 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A high-gloss durable polyurethane finish for heavy-duty steel surfaces.
2 RECOMMENDED USE
As a finish in new construction and as an industrial maintenance finish for bridges, port machinery and similar applications.
3 FEATURES
- Outstanding weathering resistance and gloss retention.
- Good adhesion to epoxy primers.
- Outstanding resistance to impact and abrasion.
4 COMPLIED STANDARDS
Complies with HG/T 2454-2014 “Solvent-based Polyurethane Coatings (Two-component)”.

7 SURFACE PREPARATION
- Remove salt and other water-soluble contaminants with fresh water.
- Remove oil and grease with suitable detergent or solvent in accordance with SSPC-SP 1.
- Remove rust, mill scale and other foreign materials completely by abrasive blasting to achieve ISO Sa 2½ (SSPC-SP 10) or better.
- All coated surfaces must be clean, dry and free from dust.
8 STORAGE
| Storage | Store in dry, cool conditions away from sources of heat and ignition. Containers must be kept tightly closed. |
| Shelf Life | 18 months at 25℃. Subject to re-inspection thereafter. |
9 CAUTIONS
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
The following measures shall be ensured in all paint applications:
- Avoid skin and eye contact.
- If paint comes into contact with skin, wash with warm water and/or a suitable cleanser. If paint comes into contact with the eyes, flush with copious amounts of water and seek immediate medical attention.
- Ensure good ventilation. Avoid inhalation of spray mist or vapour.
- Application and handling should comply with relevant national regulations. Detailed information is given in the SDS.
