- Application Instructions
Follow the steps below for optimal results:
- Surface Preparation – Thoroughly remove oil stains, water stains and dust from the spraying area.
- Surface Repair – Fill dents on the substrate with putty and sand to a smooth finish.
- Shake Thoroughly – Shake the can side‑to‑side for about 2 minutes before spraying to fully mix the paint.
- Test Spray – Carry out a small‑area test spray on a test panel. Proceed to large‑area application only after confirming correct color.
- Spraying Technique – Hold the can 15‑25 cm away from the workpiece. Press the nozzle with your index finger and spray in zig‑zag side‑to‑side strokes.
- Multiple Thin Coats – Apply several thin coats with 1‑2 minutes interval between coats. This yields better results than one single heavy coat.
- Residual Paint – If spraying fails, try fitting a new nozzle. If the problem persists, return to your dealer for product replacement.
- Nozzle Cleaning Before Storage – If the can is not fully used up, invert the can and hold down the nozzle for about 3 seconds before storage. This clears residual paint inside the tube and nozzle to prevent clogging.
- Safety Precautions
- Keep out of reach of children. Keep the can upright at a 45° angle to the horizontal plane during spraying.
- Apply paint in a well‑ventilated area to avoid excessive inhalation of paint mist.
- In case of eye contact, flush eyes immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention. If accidentally swallowed, get medical help right away.
- Store in cool, well‑ventilated place below 45 °C. Do not leave inside vehicles; keep away from heat sources and open flames.
- Do not expose to direct sunlight, puncture or incinerate the can.
