1 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A low VOC, high solids, two pack high build epoxy coating based on epoxy resin and amine curing agent.
2 RECOMMENDED USE
As a sealer or intermediate coat for cement and concrete surface of tidal and splash zone.It can be used in offshore environment and high brine environment, such as refinery, power station, anti-ice bridge and building.

6 APPLICATION
Application Temperature：5℃-40℃
Application Condition：
The relative humidity of the air should not greater than 85%.
The substrate temperature is 3℃ higher than the dew point.

Applied substrate：Bare steel or suitable primed surface.

7 SURFACE PREPARATION
- Remove salt and other water-soluble contaminants by fresh water.
- Remove oil and grease with suitable detergent or solvent(SSPC-SP 1).
- Remove rust, mill-scale and other foreign materials completely by abrasive blasting to achieve ISO Sa2 1/2(SSPC-SP 10) or better.
8 STORAGE
Store in dry, cool conditions, and away from sources of heat & ignition. Containers must be kept tightly closed.
Shelf life:12months/25℃
Shelf life：Subject to re-inspection thereafter.
9 CAUTIONS
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
The following measures shall be ensured in all paint applications:
Avoid skin and eye contact.
If paint comes into contact with skin, wash with warm water and/or suitable cleanser. If paint comes into contact with the eyes, flush with copious amount of water and seek immediate medical attention.
Ensure good ventilation. Avoid inhalation of spray mist or vapour.
