1 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This product is formulated with premium imported film-forming substances, combined with high-efficiency rust-preventing pigments such as zinc phosphate and aluminum tripolyphosphate, resulting in a cost-effective single-component water-based industrial paint.
2 RECOMMENDED USE
This product functions as a primer or a combined primer and topcoat, designed to protect metal surfaces (e.g., steel) in moderately corrosive environments from rust and for decorative purposes.
3 FEATURES
High solid content, easy to form a thick film, and large coating area.
It has excellent anti-rust performance, quick drying and excellent initial water resistance.
The film is tough, impact resistant and outstanding anti-rust performance.

7 SURFACE PREPARATION
Remove salt and other water-soluble contaminants by fresh water.
Remove oil and grease with suitable detergent or solvent(SSPC-SP 1).
Remove rust, mill-scale and other foreign materials completely by abrasive blasting to achieve ISO Sa2 1/2(SSPC-SP 10) or better.
All coated surface must be clean, dry and free from any dust.

9 CAUTIONS
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
The following measures shall be ensured in all paint applications.
Avoid skin and eye contact.
If paint comes into contact with skin, wash with warm water and/or suitable cleanser. If paint comes into contact with the eyes, flush with copious amount of water and seek immediate medical attention.
Ensure good ventilation. Avoid inhalation of spray mist or vapour.
