Water based Epoxy Inner wall Paint
1 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This is a two‑component water‑borne coating formulated with water‑borne epoxy resin as the main film‑forming substance together with curing agent. It contains no hazardous substances such as free TDI or benzene‑series compounds.
2 RECOMMENDED USE
Widely used for anti‑corrosion protection of inner surfaces contacting domestic water and food, including drinking‑water tanks, tap‑water transmission pipelines and storage tanks in food‑processing plants. It can also be applied for anti‑corrosive sealing coating on concrete or metal inner walls for various civil buildings and industrial facilities.
3 FEATURES
‑ Good adhesion. ‑ Long‑term corrosion resistance. ‑ Excellent adhesion to bare‑steel substrates and shop primers. ‑ Good water resistance and mechanical properties.

7 SURFACE PREPARATION
‑ Remove salt and other water‑soluble contaminants with fresh water. ‑ Eliminate oil and grease in accordance with SSPC‑SP 1 Solvent Cleaning standard. ‑ Remove rust, mill‑scale and foreign substances completely by abrasive blasting to achieve ISO Sa2 1/2 (SSPC‑SP 10) or higher grade. ‑ Ensure all surfaces to be painted are clean, dry and dust‑free prior to application.
8 STORAGE

9 CAUTIONS
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
The following measures shall be ensured in all paint applications. ‑ Avoid skin and eye contact. ‑ If paint comes into contact with skin, wash with warm water and/or suitable cleanser. If paint comes into contact with the eyes, flush with copious amount of water and seek immediate medical attention. ‑ Ensure good ventilation.
