Epoxy Floor Sealing Primer
1 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This product is a clear varnish mainly composed of epoxy resin, epoxy curing agent and organic solvents. It delivers excellent adhesion and is specially designed for substrates such as concrete, cement, terrazzo, marble, ceramic tile and metal flooring. Featuring superior sealing performance, it serves as a primer coat for solvent‑borne thin‑film epoxy flooring systems and general solvent‑borne epoxy flooring systems.
2 RECOMMENDED USE
Suitable as a floor primer for indoor steel structures, concrete and cement floors exposed to corrosive environments.

7 SURFACE PREPARATION
- Remove salt and other water‑soluble contaminants with fresh water.
- Eliminate oil and grease in accordance with SSPC‑SP 1 Solvent Cleaning standard.
- Remove rust, mill‑scale and foreign substances by abrasive blasting to achieve ISO Sa2 1/2 (SSPC‑SP 10) or higher grade.
- Ensure the surface is clean, dry and dust‑free prior to painting.
8 STORAGE

9 CAUTIONS

- Avoid skin and eye contact.
- In case of skin contact, wash with warm water and suitable detergent. In case of eye contact, flush eyes with plenty of clean water and seek immediate medical attention.
- Ensure adequate ventilation. Avoid inhaling paint mist and solvent vapors.
- Comply with relevant national safety regulations when handling this product. Refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for full details.
