1 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A two-component coating formulated with waterborne fluorocarbon resin and high-grade pigments and fillers.

Widely used on steel bridges, port machinery, storage tanks, vehicles and other structures requiring high decorative quality and strong protection.

6 APPLICATION
Application Temperature: 5–40°C
Application Conditions: Relative humidity below 85%. Substrate temperature at least 3°C above the dew point.

7 SURFACE PREPARATION
- Remove salts and water-soluble contaminants with fresh water.
- Remove oil and grease with suitable detergent or solvent in accordance with SSPC-SP 1.
- Abrasive blast to ISO Sa 2½ / SSPC-SP 10 or better.
- All surfaces must be clean, dry and dust-free.
8 STORAGE
Store in dry, cool conditions away from heat and ignition. Keep containers tightly closed.
Shelf Life: 12 months at 25°C, subject to re-inspection thereafter.
9 CAUTIONS
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
- Avoid skin and eye contact.
- Wash skin with warm water and/or suitable cleanser. Flush eyes with plenty of water and seek immediate medical attention.
- Ensure good ventilation and avoid inhaling spray mist or vapour.
- Comply with relevant national regulations and consult the SDS.
