1 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This product is a heat-resistant topcoat composed of polyurethane resin and inert pigments.
2 RECOMMENDED USE
For the protection and decoration of metal surfaces exposed to high-temperature environments, such as the outer walls of industrial furnaces and high-temperature pipelines. It provides corrosion resistance for the substrate while imparting an aesthetically pleasing coating appearance, suitable for applications requiring both thermal resistance and decorative qualities.

6 APPLICATION
Application Temperature: 5℃-40℃
Application Condition: The relative humidity of the air should not greater than 85%.
The substrate temperature is 3℃ higher than the dew point.

Applied substrate: Bare steel or suitable primed surface.
Coating system: Epoxy primer or according to the coating system PUNTIUM
7 SURFACE PREPARATION
- Remove salt and other water-soluble contaminants by fresh water.
- Remove oil and grease with suitable detergent or solvent(SSPC-SP 1).
- Remove rust, mill-scale and other foreign materials completely by abrasive blasting to achieve ISO Sa2 1/2(SSPC-SP 10) or better.
- All coated surface must be clean, dry and free from any dust.
8 STORAGE
Store in dry, cool conditions, and away from sources of heat & ignition. Containers must be kept tightly closed.
Shelf life: 18 months/25℃
Shelf life：Subject to re-inspection thereafter.
9 CAUTIONS
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
The following measures shall be ensured in all paint applications:
Avoid skin and eye contact.
If paint comes into contact with skin, wash with warm water and/or suitable cleanser. If paint comes into contact with the eyes, flush with copious amount of water and seek immediate medical attention.
Ensure good ventilation. Avoid inhalation of spray mist or vapour.
Application and handling of this product should be in compliance with relevant national regulations. Detail information is given on SDS.
