A two pack high-solid amine adduct cured epoxy paint with conducting electrostatic materials.

2 RECOMMENDED USE

As long-term conducting electrostatic anti-corrosive coating on steel tank of interior surface for crude oil and product oil.The surface resistivity is 108-1011Ω.

7 SURFACE PREPARATION

Remove salt and other water-soluble contaminants by fresh water.

Remove oil and grease with suitable detergent or solvent(SSPC-SP 1).

Remove rust, mill-scale and other foreign materials completely by abrasive blasting to achieve ISO Sa2 1/2(SSPC-SP 10) or better.

All coated surface must be clean, dry and free from any dust.

9 CAUTIONS

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

The following measures shall be ensured in all paint applications.

Avoid skin and eye contact.

If paint comes into contact with skin, wash with warm water and/or suitable cleanser. If paint comes into contact with the eyes, flush with copious amount of water and seek immediate medical attention.

Ensure good ventilation. Avoid inhalation of spray mist or vapour.

Application and handling of this product should be in compliance with relevant national regulations. Detail information is given on SDS.
