1 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Puntium Intelligent Spectrophotometer is a high-precision portable color-measurement device developed specifically for the coating tinting industry. It is compatible with the complete Puntium intelligent tinting system and can be combined with the fully automatic paint tinting machine and dual-rotation paint mixer to form a one-stop color-matching workstation.

The instrument uses D/8° integrating-sphere optical geometry and a high-precision array spectroscopic sensor. A one-touch sample scan accurately reads spectral color values and automatically matches the optimum tinting formula, with color difference consistently controlled at ΔE ≤ 0.5. It is designed to overcome the large color differences, slow formulation and dependence on experienced colorists associated with traditional manual color matching.

It is suitable for alkyd, epoxy, acrylic and polyurethane industrial anticorrosive coatings, construction-machinery coatings, marine coatings and other coating systems. It can be used in retail stores, factory laboratories and coating jobsites for precise indoor testing and portable outdoor sampling.

A cloud database containing more than 100,000 colors automatically matches the corresponding formula and synchronizes it directly to the tinting machine, eliminating manual lookup and ratio calculation and improving overall color-matching efficiency by more than 50%.
• Compatible with GSB national-standard and complete RAL color-card systems. Custom color panels can also be recorded to create a dedicated formula library.

• The lightweight handheld design is comfortable for one-handed use. A 3.5-inch high-definition color capacitive touchscreen clearly displays values, color-difference direction and pass/fail results.
• The instrument is ready for use after startup calibration with the white tile, allowing store employees to operate it independently after half a day of training.
