1 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A single-component water-based acrylic-modified epoxy ester coating.
2 RECOMMENDED USE
Designed for dip coating of tracks, automotive parts, tools, agricultural machinery and other metal components.

6 APPLICATION
Application Temperature: 5–40°C
Application Conditions: Relative humidity below 85%. Substrate temperature at least 3°C above the dew point.
Pot Life: Not applicable to a single-component product.
Application Method: Dip coating.

| Flash and Baking | Flash dry at room temperature for 15 minutes, then bake at 60°C for 40 minutes, or air dry at 20°C for 24 hours. |

Thinner: Water.
Applied Substrate: Metallic material and surface-treated metal substrate.
Coating System: According to the PUNTIUM recommended coating system.
7 SURFACE PREPARATION
- Remove salts and water-soluble contaminants with fresh water.
- Remove oil and grease with suitable detergent or solvent in accordance with SSPC-SP 1.
- Remove rust, mill scale and foreign material by abrasive blasting to ISO Sa 2½ / SSPC-SP 10 or better.
- All coated surfaces must be clean, dry and dust-free.
8 STORAGE
Store in dry, cool conditions away from heat and ignition. Keep containers tightly closed.
Shelf Life: 6 months at 25°C, subject to re-inspection thereafter.
9 CAUTIONS
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
- Avoid skin and eye contact.
- If paint contacts skin, wash with warm water and/or suitable cleanser. If it contacts the eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek immediate medical attention.
- Ensure good ventilation and avoid inhaling spray mist or vapour.
- Application and handling must comply with relevant national regulations. Refer to the SDS.
