1 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The product is a high performance single-component water-based acrylic environmental protection coating made ofwater-based acrylic resin and pigment filler.It is an ideal substitute for traditional solvent-based anticorrosivecoatings.

2 RECOMMENDED USE

It is suitable for metal anti-rust coating in foundry, workshop steel structure, industrial equipment, machinery manufacturing, bridge, railway freight car and other industries.

3 FEATURES

It has good weather resistance, corrosion resistance and mechanical strength.

Good adhesion and broad applicability.

Water-based solvent, non-flammable and non-explosive, dries quickly, and is easy to apply.

7 SURFACE PREPARATION

Remove salt and other water-soluble contaminants by fresh water.

Remove oil and grease with suitable detergent or solvent(SSPC-SP 1).

Remove rust, mill-scale and other foreign materials completely by abrasive blasting to achieve ISO Sa2 1/2(SSPC-SP 10) or better.

All coated surface must be clean, dry and free from any dust.

9 CAUTIONS

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

The following measures shall be ensured in all paint applications.

Avoid skin and eye contact.

If paint comes into contact with skin, wash with warm water and/or suitable cleanser. If paint comes into contact with the eyes, flush with copious amount of water and seek immediate medical attention.

Ensure good ventilation. Avoid inhalation of spray mist or vapour.
