1 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
An anti-corrosion primer and tie coat based on epoxy resin and vinyl resin.
2 RECOMMENDED USE
The anti-corrosion primer for anti-fouling products enhances coating adhesion and improves the durability and protective performance of the anti-corrosion system. Additionally, it can be used as a protective primer for metal and concrete structures in corrosive environments such as marine, chemical, and industrial atmospheres.

Application Temperature:
5℃-40℃
Application Condition:
The relative humidity of the air should not greater than 85%.
The substrate temperature is 3℃ higher than the dew point.

7 SURFACE PREPARATION
- Remove salt and other water-soluble contaminants by fresh water.
- Remove oil and grease with suitable detergent or solvent(SSPC-SP 1).
- Remove rust, mill-scale and other foreign materials completely by abrasive blasting to achieve ISO Sa2 1/2(SSPC-SP 10) or better.
- All coated surface must be clean, dry and free from any dust.

Store in dry, cool conditions, and away from sources of heat & ignition. Containers must be kept tightly closed.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
The following measures shall be ensured in all paint applications.
Avoid skin and eye contact.
If paint comes into contact with skin, wash with warm water and/or suitable cleanser. If paint comes into contact with the eyes, flush with copious amount of water and seek immediate medical attention.
Ensure good ventilation. Avoid inhalation of spray mist or vapour.
Application and handling of this product should be in compliance with relevant national regulations. Detail information is given on SDS.
