1 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A high solid content two-component coating was prepared by epoxy resin modified coal tar pitch, rust-proof pigment, imported additives, organic solvents and so on.
2 RECOMMENDED USE
This product exhibits excellent adhesion and flexibility, demonstrating resistance to corrosion by various acids, alkalis, and salts, with superior water permeability resistance and good stability in humid environments. It possesses outstanding antimicrobial erosion resistance. It is suitable for corrosion protection of various buried pipelines and equipment components in oil and gas fields, mining, and chemical industries.

Application Temperature: 5℃-40℃
Application Condition: The relative humidity of the air should not greater than 85%.
The substrate temperature is 3℃ higher than the dew point.

Applied substrate: Bare steel or suitable primed surface.
Coating system: Epoxy paint or according to the coating system PUNTIUM
7 SURFACE PREPARATION
- Remove salt and other water-soluble contaminants by fresh water.
- Remove oil and grease with suitable detergent or solvent(SSPC-SP 1).
- Remove rust, mill-scale and other foreign materials completely by abrasive blasting to achieve ISO Sa2 1/2(SSPC-SP 10) or better.
- All coated surface must be clean, dry and free from any dust.
8 STORAGE
Store in dry, cool conditions, and away from sources of heat & ignition. Containers must be kept tightly closed.

9 CAUTIONS
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
The following measures shall be ensured in all paint applications:
Avoid skin and eye contact.
If paint comes into contact with skin, wash with warm water and/or suitable cleanser. If paint comes into contact with the eyes, flush with copious amount of water and seek immediate medical attention.
Ensure good ventilation. Avoid inhalation of spray mist or vapour.
