Polyurethane Primer for Construction Machinery
1 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A two-component product cured by aliphatic isocyanate, comprising dedicated hydroxyl resin, pigments and fillers, additives and solvents.
2 RECOMMENDED USE
This primer is designed for critical components of construction machinery, including frames, cabs and working attachments. It forms a protective barrier that blocks moisture and oxygen, improves coating-system adhesion and weather resistance, provides a sound base for subsequent topcoats and extends machinery service life under complex operating conditions.
3 FEATURES
- Outstanding weather resistance and gloss retention.
- Rapid film drying.
- Outstanding impact and abrasion resistance.
4 COMPLIED STANDARDS
Complies with HG/T 2454-2014, Solvent-based Polyurethane Coatings (Two-component).
