Waterborne acrylic primer
1 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This product is prepared with waterborne acrylic resin as film forming material, high weather resistant pigment filler, special functional additives and deionized water.
2 RECOMMENDED USE
Suitable for outdoor metal workpieces, metal storage tanks, steel structure Bridges, mechanical equipment, steel plate springs, outdoor guardrails with high weather resistance and decorative properties.
3 FEATURES
It has a good decorative effect and the color is bright and lasting.
The paint film dries quickly, has little odor, high cost performance and long shelf life.
High gloss, good fullness of paint film, good durability.
Good adhesion and wide applicability.
It has good rust prevention, acid and alkali resistance, salt spray resistance and weather resistance.

7 SURFACE PREPARATION
Remove salt and other water-soluble contaminants by fresh water.
Remove oil and grease with suitable detergent or solvent(SSPC-SP 1).
Remove rust, mill-scale and other foreign materials completely by abrasive blasting to achieve ISO Sa2 1/2(SSPC-SP 10) or better.
All coated surface must be clean, dry and free from any dust.

9 CAUTIONS
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
The following measures shall be ensured in all paint applications.
Avoid skin and eye contact.
If paint comes into contact with skin, wash with warm water and/or suitable cleanser. If paint comes into contact with the eyes, flush with copious amount of water and seek immediate medical attention.
Ensure good ventilation. Avoid inhalation of spray mist or vapour.
Application and handling of this product should be in compliance with relevant national regulations. Detail information is given on SDS.
