7 SURFACE PREPARATION

  • Remove salt and other water-soluble contaminants by fresh water.
  • Remove oil and grease with suitable detergent or solvent(SSPC-SP 1).
  • Remove rust, mill-scale and other foreign materials completely by abrasive blasting to achieve ISO Sa2 1/2(SSPC-SP 10) or better.
  • All coated surface must be clean, dry and free from any dust.

8 STORAGE

Store in dry, cool conditions, and away from sources of heat & ignition. Containers must be kept tightly closed.

Shelf life: 12 months/25℃

Shelf life:Subject to re-inspection thereafter.

Protect blasted steel surfaces beefore the application of various coating systems.Suitable for structural steel and piping to be exposed to corrosive environments up to high. Recommended for offshore environments, refineries, power plants , bridges, buildings, mining equipment and general structural steel. Designed as a primer in coating systems where durability is required.

7 SURFACE PREPARATION

Remove salt and other water-soluble contaminants by fresh water.

Remove oil and grease with suitable detergent or solvent(SSPC-SP 1).

Remove rust, mill-scale and other foreign materials completely by abrasive blasting to achieve ISO Sa2 1/2(SSPC-SP 10) or better.

All coated surface must be clean, dry and free from any dust.

Store in dry, cool conditions, and away from sources of heat & ignition. Containers must be kept tightly closed.

Avoid skin and eye contact.

If paint comes into contact with skin, wash with warm water and/or suitable cleanser. If paint comes into contact with the eyes, flush with copious amount of water and seek immediate medical attention.

Ensure good ventilation. Avoid inhalation of spray mist or vapour.

Application and handling of this product should be in compliance with relevant national regulations. Detail information is given on SDS.
